There are two ways to order.
1. Go to the product page by clicking here. Click the “Add to Bag” button, and then “Go to Checkout” to have credit card or Paypal payments processed securely through Paypal.
2. Email us at email@example.com telling us how many books you would like to order, and your shipping address. We will email you an invoice which you can pay through Paypal, cheque, or money order. Once payment has cleared, we will ship your order.
Public institutions such as government and libraries may contact us to arrange alternate payment methods.
Whichever method you choose, remember to send us your name, the address where you would like your order to be shipped, and an email address and/or telephone number where you can be reached.
There is no provincial tax on books. Dailylivingskills.com is a small enough business that we do not yet need to charge GST.
Shipping and Handling
Books are shipped in a padded envelope via Canada Post surface mail. If you wish to use a different carrier, please send an email prior to placing an order, and be prepared to pay the difference. If you wish to order multiple copies, please email to find out shipping charges and to arrange payment.
Please keep in mind that it may take awhile for your order to arrive. Dailylivingskills.com is a small business, and orders will be processed at least twice weekly. We are not responsible for delays in postal delivery, or for time spent clearing customs.
We declare the value of all shipments outside Canada. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or fees required. Books enter the United States duty-free. For orders outside of North America, please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery.
